Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are estimates based on information available at the time. Final pricing may differ based on actual work required. We will seek your approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the quoted amount by more than 15%.

Device Repairs

When you submit a device for repair, you warrant that you are the owner or have authorisation from the owner. We are not responsible for data loss during repairs; you are responsible for backing up your data before service. We may need to reset devices to factory settings as part of certain repairs.

Warranty

Repairs performed by spark-assistant carry a 90-day warranty on workmanship and parts used. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, liquid damage occurring after repair, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Unclaimed Devices

Devices not collected within 90 days of repair completion notice may be disposed of at our discretion. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking such action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:

• We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or free from errors
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless spark-assistant Pty Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the website, including any data or content you submit or transmit through the website.
